Your most important tasks and responsibilities
You are responsible for the conversion on all of Betty Blocks sites. You continuously optimize the user experience on our websites, landing pages and funnels. In a team of our specialists, you are the one that analyzes, tests and improves all incoming traffic. Your main focus point is increasing the number of conversions to whitepapers, use cases and demo requests. You work together with the Content Marketer, the Growth Hacker and the Brand Marketer to get the most out of all the traffic.

Which requirements do we consider important?

• Good proficiency of the Dutch and English language;
• You have knowledge of Web Analytics, Tag Manager, AB Testing and Usability Research
• You have some knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You are able to interpret data yourself, set up hypotheses yourself and report on them
• At least three years of experience in a similar job;
• You have an affinity with providing solutions and are certainly interested in Betty Blocks.
